Seller’s can then choose what to pay the Buyer’s agent. For a listing to be added to the the Realtor MLS database, Seller’s must share a commission with the Buyer’s agent. However, Eglin Realty gives Sellers the flexibility to CHOOSE the amount a Buyer’s agent is paid when they bring an accepted contract.
Buyer’s agents work hard and deserve to be paid so we recommend 2%. For example: If a Seller chooses to pay a Buyer’s agent 2%, the total commission is 4%. If 1% is chosen, the total commission is only 3%. Commissions are negotiable & Eglin Realty’s low rate with flexible options is far better than 6 or 7% charged by other companies. This Saves Seller’s THOUSANDS $$$
For Buyers, at no cost, I will set up a search directly in the Realtor Database so they get notifications the same day new listings are added & price reductions are made. My wide range of experience allows me to help negotiate the best possible terms and have the smoothest transaction possible.
