When trusting an incredibly valuable asset like your home, EXPERIENCE MATTERS!  Judy has been in the real estate business for more than 21 years!   Judy and our trained and certified agents specialize in the Eglin AFB Area & Florida Gulf Coast real estate market.  Best of all, We charge only 2% on the Listing Side commission and let Sellers CHOOSE what commission to pay the Buyer side agent.  Seller's can choose not to offer compensation to Buyer's agent, but for best results, and to publish your listing in the Realtor database, compensation has to be offered to the Buyer's agent side. 

When listing with Eglin Realty, Sellers may CHOOSE the amount to pay at the time of listing.  Buyer's agents work hard too and we recommend paying at least 2% on the Buyer's agent side, but Sellers are free to choose that amount.
